Who holds the money

Each release needs two confirmations — the hospital, and you or your case manager. A payout is then approved by a different person from the one who released it.
If plans change, or something goes wrong
Before you travel
Cancel and get back most of your deposit. The exact amount is on your quote.
During treatment
If there’s a complication, our refund policy works out what’s owed for each stage that hasn’t happened.
Open a dispute
Any time. All releases pause until our team resolves it — for you or the hospital.
